physical suffering and mental through spiritual practice (lesson 2)

've followed the directions of the first lesson? How gone?
I hope well, if you put into practice the exercises at the end of last week's article!

After referring to the first noble truth, that the various forms of suffering, we move to the other three of four at the base truth of the teachings of Buddha, as described and commented upon by the XIV Dalai Lama on the special book "The Road leads to true (ed. Oscar Mondadori, 2009).

A text that is accompanying me in this with gentleness and early 2011 without any major emotional upheavals, although something deep in my soul is moving even more and will soon open the door of my awareness.

I want to make sure that you, dear reader of this portal may understand my words (which often coincide with those given by the author of the book), according to your perspective, your spiritual point of view! Simply because

Buddha's teachings, through the enlightened spirit of the Dalai Lama, are universal and go beyond the religious beliefs and convictions of every human being .
They are implicit in a process of inner growth, personal development, improvement in body-mind-spirit (call it what you want but we always mean the same thing :-), a path which can be undertaken at any stage of life, by anyone! Through these articles

my goal is not to teach (and renew my displeasure in not having cleared up before this step) how to share and invite people to reflect, to self, a deeper understanding of a subject as "hot "But too often so pervasive in our lives: suffering.

In this second lesson, then we come to the other three truths in order to figure out how to end this "disease" that is able to shake from head to toe and not just the real shock is in ... our guts, our hearts, in the depths of our mind.
